  • After the initial 7-day period, all returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. For customized items, such as different variations of toggles, dimmers, and outlets in one plate, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns. Additionally, 4-gang customized plates are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

  • Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
