Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard Free Shipping (In-Stock Items)

  • Switches / Outlets / Plates: typically 4–9 business days.
  • Handles / Knobs / Pulls: typically 6–14 business days.

Made-to-Order Items

If your items require production (e.g. certain plate sizes, layouts, or finishes), please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Rush Orders (Switches Only)

Rush orders receive priority in the production queue. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after production. Please note that rush timing is not guaranteed and depends on current order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window (Switches / Outlets / Plates)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact customer support to receive return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior approval or that do not follow our instructions may be refused.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and with no installation attempted.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, including all screws, components, labels, and original packaging.
  • Items showing tool marks, bent terminals, scratched or fingerprinted plates, removed screws, modified wiring, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Dimmer Compatibility

Returns due to dimmer or lighting incompatibility are not accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing. For larger projects, we strongly recommend ordering a single sample first.

Our dimmers are designed for specific light source types. Please match your dimmer to your lighting setup:

  • TRIAC Dimmer (Leading-Edge) — designed for standard 120V fixtures and most household LED bulbs. Compatible with LED bulbs and drivers rated for TRIAC or leading-edge dimming. Not suitable for LED strips, low-voltage DC lights, or 0–10V systems.
  • 0–10V Dimmer (Low-Voltage Signal) — designed for 0–10V compatible LED drivers and fixtures commonly used in architectural or commercial lighting setups. Sends a low-voltage control signal (0–10V) to the driver to adjust brightness — it does not power the lights directly. Requires a separate power supply and a driver with a 0–10V dimming input. Not compatible with standard household LED bulbs or TRIAC-based setups.
  • Strip Dimmer (Low-Voltage DC, 12–24V) — designed for LED strip lights and other 12–24V DC lighting. Adjusts brightness by controlling DC output via PWM dimming. Requires a 12V or 24V DC power supply. Not compatible with standard 120V household circuits or AC-powered fixtures.

Return Shipping

If an item is defective or covered under warranty, we will provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Open box items. All open box sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized products, including engraved items, made-to-order items, custom layouts, specialty finishes, and custom configurations.
  • 3-gang, 4-gang, and 5-gang plates, as well as any other non-standard plate configurations.
  • Unlacquered brass and unlacquered aged brass items, as each piece begins developing a natural patina immediately upon receipt and cannot be resold as new.
  • Knobs, handles, Door Stoppers and pulls, due to handling and installation risk that makes verifying factory condition impossible once opened.
  • Sample kits. Sample kits are non-returnable but may be kept, reused, or installed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days of inspection.
  • Bank processing: an additional 2–10 business days may be required for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges: original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or covered under warranty.
  • Rejected returns: items returned in ineligible condition (used, installed or installation attempted, damaged, or missing parts) will be refused and may be sent back to you at your expense.
