Handling Time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.

Standard Free Shipping (In-Stock Items)

  • Switches / Outlets / Plates: delivery is typically 4–9 business days.
  • Handles / Knobs / Pulls: delivery is typically 6–14 business days.

Made-to-Order Items

If we need to produce your items (for example, certain plate sizes, layouts, or finishes), please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Rush Orders (Switches Only)

Rush orders receive priority production. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after production. Please note that rush timing is not guaranteed and depends on current rush order volume, but we always prioritize rush orders in the queue.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window (Switches / Outlets / Plates)

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact customer support to receive return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without approval or without following instructions may be refused.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must be unused, not installed, and not attempted to be installed.
  • All items must be returned in original condition with all screws, components, labels, and original packaging included.
  • Items showing tool marks, bent terminals, scratched plates, fingerprints on plates, removed screws, modified wiring, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Dimmer Compatibility

Returns due to lighting or dimmer incompatibility are not accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that their fixtures, bulbs, and LED drivers are compatible with TRIAC (leading-edge) dimmers. For larger projects, we recommend ordering one sample before placing a full order.

Return Shipping

If an item is defective or covered under warranty, we provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized products, including engraved items, made-to-order items, custom layouts, specialty finishes, and custom configurations.
  • 3-gang, 4-gang and 5-gang plates, as well as any custom or non-standard plate configurations.
  • Unlacquered brass and unlacquered aged brass items, as each piece begins developing a natural patina immediately and cannot be resold as new.
  • Knobs, handles, and pulls, due to handling and installation risk that makes factory condition impossible to verify once opened.
  • Sample kits. Sample kits are non-returnable but may be reused or installed if you choose to keep them.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
  • Bank processing: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping charges: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable, unless the item is defective or covered under warranty.
  • Rejected returns: if an item is returned in non-eligible condition (used, installed/attempted installation, damaged, missing parts, etc.), we may refuse the return or return the item back to you at your expense.
