3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, configuration errors, or inventory limitations.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. GetSwitches does not store or have access to your full payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to eligibility requirements and exclusions outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Certain items, including customized products, made-to-order items, unlacquered brass finishes, and hardware such as knobs, handles, and pulls, are non-returnable.

6. Installation & Electrical Safety Disclaimer
All electrical products sold by GetSwitches must be installed in accordance with applicable local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. Installation should be performed by a qualified and licensed electrician.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly, safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. GetSwitches is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions or electrical regulations.
Product certifications (including cULus or other listings) are clearly stated on individual product pages where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product suitability, certification requirements, load ratings, wiring type, and compatibility before installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSwitches disclaims all liability for any damage, injury, loss, or expense arising from improper installation, unsafe electrical work, or use of products after delivery.
7. Warranty
GetSwitches provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed and used under normal conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural patina development or finish changes over time
- Improper or non-compliant installation
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Electrical incompatibility or incorrect wiring
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and may require proof of purchase, photos, or other documentation. At our discretion, eligible claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
