Use only TRIAC-compatible dimmable bulbs or drivers. Follow the instructions for the exact module and any required load derating when dimmers are installed together. Component certification does not certify the complete plate assembly.

Our wall plates are made from solid brass and finished by hand. That’s why they look richer than plated metal, and also why small variations are normal.

Aged Bronze (Hand-Brushed) — deep tone with a subtle greenish patina effect. Each piece is slightly unique due to hand brushing.

Antique Brass (Hand-Brushed) — hand-brushed artisanal texture with intentional variation. This is part of the design and not a defect.

Unlacquered Antique Brass (Hand-Brushed) — antique brass with no protective lacquer. It comes pre-aged and will continue to develop natural patina over time, especially with touch and air exposure.

Satin Brass — smooth brushed brass with a protective lacquer that helps preserve the original appearance and slows down natural aging.

Stainless Steel — cool modern metallic tone with a brushed texture.

Matte Black — deep matte-black coating over solid brass for dramatic contrast.

White — clean white coating over solid brass for a minimalist look.

Batch variation & handmade finish notes: Because our plates are hand-finished, slight color and patina variation between batches is expected. Brushing pressure, polishing, paint mixing, and even humidity can shift the final tone.

Most finishes may vary up to about 10% from batch to batch.

Unlacquered Antique Brass is made using a different oxidizing process, so variation can be less predictable and may be up to about 30% lighter or darker.

To help reduce mismatch, we do our best to ship items in the same order from the same production batch whenever possible.

This is the nature of real brass and is not considered a defect.

Our brass products are made from solid metal and finished by hand. For everyday cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a slightly damp cloth, then dry right away.

Avoid abrasive pads, metal polishes, or chemical cleaners, as these can scratch the finish or leave permanent marks.

Unlacquered and antique finishes are designed to age naturally. Over time, they may darken or develop patina, especially with handling. This is a normal characteristic of real brass and part of its appeal.

Lacquered finishes (such as Satin Brass) are meant to hold their original look longer. Gentle cleaning will help preserve the appearance.

Do not use ammonia-based or acidic cleaners on any finish.
