Warnings:

• Do not connect to 120V AC mains power.

• Aged Bronze (Hand-Brushed) — deep tone with a subtle greenish patina effect. Each piece is slightly unique due to hand brushing.
• Antique Brass (Hand-Brushed) — hand-brushed artisanal texture with intentional variation. This is part of the design and not a defect.
• Unlacquered Antique Brass (Hand-Brushed) — antique brass without lacquer. It comes pre-aged and develops natural patina over time, darkening beautifully with touch and air exposure.
• Satin Brass — smooth brushed brass with a protective lacquer that helps preserve the original appearance and slow natural patina.
• Stainless Steel — cool modern metallic tone with a brushed texture.
• Matte Black — deep matte-black coating over solid brass for dramatic contrast.
• White — clean white coating on solid brass for a minimalist look.

Batch variation & handmade finish notes: Because our wall plates are hand-finished brass, slight color and patina variation between batches is normal and expected. Factors like brushing, polishing, paint mixing, and humidity can change the final tone.

Most finishes vary up to about 10% from batch to batch.

Unlacquered Antique Brass is made using a different oxidizing process, so variation can be less predictable and may be up to about 30% lighter or darker.

To help reduce mismatch, we do our best to ship items in the same order from the same production batch whenever possible.

This is part of the handmade nature of real brass and is not considered a defect.

Our brass products are made from solid metal and finished by hand. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

Avoid abrasive pads, metal polishes, or chemical cleaners, as these can damage the surface.

Unlacquered and antique finishes are designed to age naturally. Over time, they may darken or develop patina, especially with handling. This is a normal characteristic of real brass and part of its appeal.

For lacquered finishes, gentle cleaning will help preserve the original appearance. Do not use ammonia-based or acidic cleaners on any finish.

Handling time: 1–3 business days.

In-stock items: delivery is typically 4–9 business days.

Made-to-order: If we need to produce your items (for example, certain plate sizes or finishes), please allow an additional 1–3 weeks before shipping.

Rush (switches only): Priority production. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after production, but timing isn’t guaranteed and depends on current rush order volume.

Returns (switches): 14 days from delivery to request a return.*

Condition: Must be unused and not installed, and returned with all parts and packaging. Items with tool marks, scratches, fingerprints on plates, bent terminals, modified wiring, or missing parts are not eligible.
