Our brass products are made from solid metal and finished by hand. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, metal polishes, or chemical cleaners, as these can damage the surface.

Unlacquered and antique finishes are designed to age naturally. Over time, they may darken or develop patina, especially with handling. This is a normal characteristic of real brass and part of its appeal.

For lacquered finishes, gentle cleaning will help preserve the original appearance. Do not use ammonia-based or acidic cleaners on any finish.

Handling time: 1–3 business days.

In-stock items: delivery is typically 4–12 business days.

Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, not installed, and returned with all parts and original packaging. Products showing tool marks, scratches, fingerprints on plates, bent terminals, modified wiring, or missing parts are not eligible.
